FMEA moderation
The SIBAC Int. GmbH supports you in your company in the creation of an FMEA in the following steps:
- planning of the FMEA (proposals for structure, timing, team building, interfaces internal / external, etc.)
- Execution / Moderation of the FMEA
- Preparing and following up sessions, creating evaluations
- regular consultations with the project or product manager
- Ensuring documentation
Our employees have at least 5 years of experience in moderation in the following areas:
- System FMEA for mechanical and mechatronic systems,
- Product FMEA for mechanics, electronics, actuators, sensors (also interfaces from the system FMEA to a supplier),
- Process FMEA for Matronic and mechatronic systems.
It is possible and wanted by our side that the FMEA creation via pure moderation takes the form of a development consulting, in which we can contribute our extensive experience from series projects.
ISO/TS 16949:2002 stipulates that an FMEA must be carried out in principle. The procedure, on the other hand, is described in VDA Volume 4, Part FMEA and qs 9000. All three documents represent the current state of the art and are used in the event of liability.
